Terms of Service — Marijuana.ai

By using Marijuana.ai (the "App") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

1. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use a cannabis-related service where you live. You're responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you. The App is informational and social only — it does not sell, deliver, or facilitate the purchase of cannabis or any product.

2. Your account

Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information (including an accurate date of birth). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post (check-ins, notes, photos, videos, comments). You grant us a limited licence to store, display, and distribute it to your friends and as needed to operate the App. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to post it (including any product images).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• post illegal content, or content that facilitates the sale/distribution of cannabis or other controlled substances;
• harass, threaten, dox, or impersonate others;
• post sexual content involving minors, or any content sexualizing minors;
• post spam, scams, or others' private information;
• upload others' copyrighted or trademarked material without rights;
• attempt to breach security, scrape, or misuse the service.

See the Community Guidelines for details. We remove violating content and may ban repeat offenders.

5. Moderation & reporting

You can report content and block users in the App. We review reports and may remove content or accounts at our discretion. Report issues to hello@marijuana.ai.

6. Health & legal disclaimer

The App is not medical, legal, or professional advice. Strain/product information is user-contributed and may be inaccurate. Cannabis laws vary by jurisdiction; you are solely responsible for your conduct. Do not drive or operate machinery impaired.

7. Third-party data

Strain data includes information derived from the open Kushy dataset (MIT). Product information is user-contributed. We make no warranty as to its accuracy.

8. Termination

You may delete your account anytime in the App. We may suspend/terminate access for violations or legal reasons.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3D SHARE LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to £0 — the App is free and you pay us nothing.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, and disputes are subject to its courts, except where local consumer law gives you other rights.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
